Solving Induction Proof w/ Homework: Step by Step Guide
you have to arrive at the last equation using the preceding equation. Lets start with the left hand side of last equation. |a1 + a2 + a3…+ an + an+1|≤|a1 + a2 + a3…+ an |+ |an+1| .......{ since it is valid for n=2} |a1 + a2 + a3…+ an + an+1|≤|a1| + |a2 |+ |a3|+…+ |an |+ |an+1|...- MalayInd

What is the structure of NaN3? Why is N2 gas, and P solid at STP?
1)I was not able to find the bonding in NaN3 either by VB theory or by MO theory, but I guessed that it should be ionic and hence should have crystal structure. 2)I studied about existence of nitrogen molecules and phosphorus molecules but could not deduce anything relevant to the question...- MalayInd

Undergrad More on 0.999~ vs 1: Comparing Numbers
I will say hat 0.999... is equal to 1 if the the trailing dots indicate that the number of repeating nines is greater than any natural number. 1=9/9 Now divide 9 by 9 by taking the quotient 0 rather than 1 You will get 9 as the remainder, then we follow it by zero and thus our quotient builds...- MalayInd

Why different objects behave differently with light?
Ok I understand the basic idea. You are talking about the elctrons in the matter. Right?(If yes, I understood it). Now one question about light wave: Light is an electromagnetic wave whick can travel in vacuunm. What are sources of oscillating fields in vacuum? Now I have wondered on the...- MalayInd

Why different objects behave differently with light?
We can see our image in a mirror but not in a wall. The explanation is that mirror reflects the light falling on it whereas the wall does not. But if the wall does not reflect light, how can we see the wall? Another question, an object reflects some part of light, refracts other and absorbs...- MalayInd
