Low load factor and Voltage drops
My lecturer, in the notes he provided to us mentioned that low load factor of a distribution transformer results in higher system losses and voltage drops. I thought the by higher system losses he means the iron losses in transformer which is comparably higher in no-load and lower load...- rozan977

Is it safe to loop the inverter's output neutral to loop with the mains neutal?
Is it safe to loop the inverter's output neutral to loop with the mains neutal?? Guys, I need a help on this. I thought that it is rather safe to loop one of the output terminal of the inverter to loop with the mains supply inverter, so that there doesn't arise the need of extra neutral wiring...- rozan977

Graduate What is actually phase velocity?
What is actually phase velocity?? When a body moves aren't we supposed to say that each particles on the body moves with same velocity and so the de-broglie wave corresponding to each particle must have the same velocity. Then why should a wave representation of moving body correspond to a...- rozan977

Graduate What exactly is barrier tunneling and potential barrier?
But how can we set the potential energy of barrier greater than the total energy in it? Also instead of reflection (as we may think in classical mechanics) how does a particle pass through the barrier (the amplitude of wave actually decreases exponentially, how is this possible)? Answer to mine...- rozan977
