Okay. So I should simply state that the eigenfunctions are all those functions ##f(\phi)## which satisfy ##\operatorname{Ci}\left(\sin^{-1}\lambda f\right)/\lambda +C =\phi## and the corresponding eigenvalue is ##\lambda##. Is that right?- Wannabe Physicist
