Is this fake? I'm not sure. It seems superhumanly cute and adorable but the quality seems to be well beyond what AI could do a year past.

I'm leaning toward fake because of another video she made in which she sings in perfectly accented English with equally accurate intonation. I just can't believe that a person so young exists, but it is possible. And if she be real, then would her parents allow her to be exposed to the sleaze prevalent on the Internet? But I'm not certain.

If real then a year ago the Chinese public had AI far superior to what the USA has now. If so, it's no wonder the US military is freaking out.

The girl is probably real, albeit heavily filtered. The singing/music is just a sound track placed on top of the video, it's almost certainty not her voice.

Lol, you have parents who do this to make money off their children.

The USA will fear monger whom ever to raise more money for defense spending, also a tale as old as time.

Young people do exist. She is not one.
The girl singing I would guess to be over 25, maybe in her 30's.
The right makeup and lighting can do wonders.
The cuteness is there in an attempt to garnish hits.

By what criteria are you able to estimate her age to be 25-30?

A new phenomenon is AI-generated news videos pretending to be by well-known professors Jeffery Sachs and John Mearsheimer. The amazing thing is that they both seem very tolerant of this. Youtube will block these if they request it but this has been going on for months and such blocks never seem to happen. The other surprise is that while they may be visually ugly or even grotesque the news analysis is quite good. If given the sound alone I don't believe I could tell it from the real...
