There is lots of iffy and confused statement in there. Bayer filters have nothing to do with data compression. The data in an 8k stream is not organized into "four 4 K streams", but can be represented in a number of other ways. The use of the word "Invertible" is strange and non-standard. A 40db signal to noise ratio is quite observable; Analog NTSC cameras would bost s/n in the 60db range.
