Homework Statement



The range of a projectile is 483m, and it reached a maximum height of 65m. What were the initial speed and launch angle of the projectile? Assume the start and finish heights are equal.

I just need a push in the right direction. I know I'll have to do some algebra and sub eq'ns into other eq'ns but I'm not sure where to start

Start by gathering together all the kinematic equations you think might be relevant. For example, you're given the maximum height; What equations might you use to determine the initial y-velocity and total time of flight? The usual projectile motion equations for the x and y components are always good to include.
