Amplifier gain in dB when output is 20 V and input is 1 V

An amplifier increases the peak-to-peak voltage of a signal from 1 V to 20 V. What is the amplifier's gain in dB?



dB = 20 log10 (Vout/Vin)



In this case dB = 20 log10 (20/1) I'm not sure :/

Looks like you filled out the equation correctly - just have to 'plug-n-chug'. I get 26dB.
