Hello everyone!

I have been admitted in Utrecht and UvA (University of Amsterdam) for the Theoretical Physics masters. I am having a hard time deciding between the two and I was thinking that someone might have an opinion on one or the other (or even better on both). Any kind of information is more than welcome.

Additionally, I would like hear some opinions on the Mathematics programmes of these institutions since I might follow joint degrees in Theoretical Physics and Mathematics.

Thank you in advance!

Someone posted and later deleted their post, no reason given. Since the post discussed the fact they attended Dutch universities, maybe they changed their minds and thought it was too personal.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to see this message. Would you mind sharing if the author was in favor of any of the two institutions (without revealing any personal information of course).

Currently I have finished addition ,substraction of 2 digit numbers and divisions, multiplication of 1 digit numbers. I am moving pretty slowly. Can someone tell me what topics to cover first to build a framework and then go on in detail. I want to learn fast. It has taken me a year now learning arithmetic. I want to speed up. Thanks for the help in advance. (I also...
Hi community My aim is to get into research about atoms, specifically, I want to do experimental research that explores questions like: 1. Why do Gallium/Mercury have low melting points 2. Why are there so many exceptions and inconsistencies when it comes to explaining molecular structures / reaction mechanisms in inorganic and organic chemistry 3. Experimental research about fundamental Quantum Mechanics, such as the one being followed by Hiroshima university that proved that observing...
