Anyone familiar with the book "Dying of Money"?

The book : "Dying of Money: Lessons of the Great German and American Inflations"

I got curious about this book after reading this article:

It's expensive, starting bid of $699 on eBay ... and bankers are buying copies of this book.

It's outdated and out of print. It appears you can read it online free here.

Why would anyone pay $700 for a book? . . . unless it's written by me of course:)

I take donations for forum posts as well.
