Appeal to overload on credit failed

So yeah, it's two weeks into the semester and my repeated appeals to the adminstration to allow me to overload on course credits this semester failed. Now I have to drop my Linear Algebra II course.

It's so goddamned frustrating when not a single explanation was given. Moreover, I had the support or approval of 3 professors from the maths department.

Any reasonable chance of me completing a second major in math is now gone. I don't know whether to "go straight to the top" to fight my case.

It honestly sounds like you have nothing to lose. Maybe you can get the approval from your professors in writing and build another appeal, as you said, "straight to the top". If the alternative is not being able to complete your Math major at all, I'd say you owe it to yourself to try.
