SUMMARY

The discussion centers on the health implications of fats in chocolate bars, specifically Hershey's, compared to those in ice cream. It concludes that while both contain fats necessary for texture, the sugar content in chocolate may pose a greater health risk than the fats themselves. Ice cream typically contains milk fat and gelatin, which also contribute to its texture. Moderation is emphasized, with a suggestion to opt for healthier snacks like apples instead of indulging in these treats regularly.

They say not to eat so much ice creams because there are so many fats in it. Fats are required to produce the ice cream texture. How about fats in chocolate bars like Hersheys? Are they the same fats or the ones in the chocolates are better for health?

Sugar more of an issue in chocolate than fats I would have thought. Not great for your gums and teeth and those quick sugar hits impact the islets of langherhans. Ok for one offs but nota good habit to get into. Ice cream has gelatin probably milk fat? Again one off in hot weather. If you feel snacky get an apple instead
