I would like to start a thread where we can post artistic or computer generated images of planets, stars, etc. This is mainly for artistic merit and not neccesarily realism in the photos. If you want, you can also post real astronomy images.
Be sure to not break any copyrights. If you are unsure, you can post a link to the page instead of putting the image here on PF.
Wikipedia images generally use licences that make them okay to distribute.

Please resize your photos to be no larger than 650 x 490 pixels. We already have a similar thread.
