Backplate for MicroATX Motherboard w/ 4 Holes

Does anyone know where I can find a backplate for a motherboard something like the one below, except that i need to have 4 small holes above the bottom pair of usb ports (i.e. next to the network interface)? If not where can I get just the plate to buy for a microatx motherboard like this?

You can probably go to your local hardware store, pick up some sheet metal and cut it out yourself with a dremel or something.
