Discussion Overview

The discussion revolves around creating a simple hydraulic power system diagram to facilitate the movement of a fan using hydraulic pressure. Participants seek clarification on the components and functionality of such a system.

Discussion Character

  • Exploratory, Technical explanation, Conceptual clarification

Main Points Raised

  • One participant requests a diagram that illustrates how a hydraulic power system can keep a fan moving, asking for parts and directional arrows.
  • Another participant seeks clarification on whether the question pertains to using an existing fan and pump or if the goal is to generate hydraulic pressure to operate the fan.
  • A participant confirms their interest in understanding how hydraulic pressure can be used to spin a shaft.

Areas of Agreement / Disagreement

The discussion includes multiple viewpoints regarding the specifics of the hydraulic system and its operation, with no consensus reached on the exact requirements or components needed.

Contextual Notes

Participants have not defined specific assumptions about the hydraulic system's design or the operational parameters of the fan and pump.

Who May Find This Useful

Individuals interested in hydraulic systems, mechanical engineering, or those looking to understand the application of hydraulic pressure in fan movement may find this discussion relevant.

Please take a look at this basic hydraulic fan picture
Can anybody make a simple hydraulic power system diagram to keep the fan moving.
Please list down the parts and arrow indicating how it works.
Can anybody do it? hmmmm...

Welcome to the PF.

What is the context of the question? You already have the fan and pump, and need to turn the fan? Or you want to drive hydraulic pressure to turn the fan?

(I didn't play the video)...

yes i want to know how it works by using hydraulic pressure.
