When the moon is full and my only companion is my dog sitting next to me on the bed of my truck, I often remember those days when I was just a boy trying to do what I thought was right. I personally think these are some beautiful lyrics, because it portrays the "cliche scaffold" that There is always good times and bad times and it isn't the good time which make us a better person but the worst of times also, I think this is something that isn't only beautiful, but true.
