In summary, the purpose of bold/normal display for unread/read threads is to visually distinguish between threads that have been read and those that have not. This is typically achieved through the use of different font styles or colors. The display can be customized and is important for helping users keep track of their reading progress. While there are alternatives to bold/normal display, it remains a common and effective method for indicating read and unread threads.

All threads titles are showing up in bold font for me. This started sometime yesterday, I think. Just a heads-up for Greg.

Yes, several of the mentors have noticed this too. We've got a bug report into Greg since it seems to be widespread (we're all using a variety of OS's and browsers too).

When I go to "My PF" the subscribed threads are staying bold too (even after I read them).
