For the morning of the exam, I recommend following your regular routine. There's no point in trying to eat something that has the potential not to agree with you. In general I would stay away from high fat foods and very large meals and go for fruit, cereal (not sugar cereal: Cocopops for example will give you a short burst of energy and leave you high and dry in the middle fo the exam), yogurt, toast, juice etc.No cocopops then ..:S
General tips to minimize exam stress in the long term:
1. Have a specific, realistic study plan that will allow you to cover the material you need to cover to the best of your ability, and stick to this plan. Set realistic, measureable goals (such as doing 5 problems per night, or reviewing two lectures, etc.). Doing this will comfort you in knowing that you're doing everything you can to perform well on the exam.
2. Get plenty of exercise. Like what ?
4. Avoid excessive, unimportant activities excess you mean, Okay
6. Develop test-taking strategies that will maximize your performance.
Yep , I do this always and it helps if I put the clock by my side..
