Do girls technically get erections?

I remember reading somewhere that they did. ... lol I assumed they were talking about the clitoris. Has anyone heard of this? Am I retarded :P

Your question is not retarded, and yes, they are referring to the swelling of the clitorus during sexual arousal.
 
The nipples also "erect" slightly.
