Members may have privacy settings that restrict messaging only to those they follow, which could explain the inability to send messages. If a member previously received messages but now does not, it may indicate they have changed their settings. The global reject messages function suggests that the issue is not personal. It's important to consider these settings when trying to communicate with other members. Understanding these privacy features can help clarify messaging limitations within the platform.

How can I tell if another member is "ignoring me" or if they have settings to only members they follow can message them?

I was able to send a message months ago to this member, but now it will only let me tag and then write the message, but won't send.
