The Beurer HR 8000 rotary shaver features a detachable head designed for easy swapping with an alternate accessory. However, users are experiencing difficulty in detaching the shaver head, with one individual noting a struggle despite following the manual's instructions, which recommend holding the head firmly on both sides and pulling with a sharp tug. A suggested technique involves pressing on a specific area marked with parallel lines, but this has not proven effective for all users. Some have found YouTube videos demonstrating the process, but the ease shown in those videos does not match the experiences of those attempting to detach the head.

The shaver head in the Beurer HR 8000 (rotary) is supposed to be detachable, so you can swap it with a supplied alternate accessory. But try as I might, I just could't take it off. Does anyone have this model, and have they managed to detach the head?

This guy seems to have to struggle a bit, too... [05:40]

One video I have linked to in my post. The guy seems to be bracing his arms against his stomach and pulling really hard, which happens off screen.

The manual says, "The shaver head must be held firmly on two sides and removed with a sharp tug".

There is a place (with parallel lines stamped in) where you have to press with your thumb, but it doesn't budge.

This is another video where it looks quite easy, but it doesn't work for me: [01:50]

To some degree, this thread is inspired by PF user erobz's thread "Why do we spend so much time learning grammar in the public school system?" That's why I made a title to this thread that paralleled the title of erobz's thread. I totally disagree with erobz. I created this thread because the curriculum of grammar at Universities is a totally distinct topic from the topic of the curriculum of grammar in public schools. I have noticed that the English grammar of many ( perhaps most)...
