I'm currently pursuing a career in Automotive engineering in Australia, I'm hoping for some advice such as educational requirements, how to get into automotive engineering through a bachelor or master of mechanical engineering, etc.

University websites will have entry requirements. A google search of "Automotive engineering degree Australia" gets good results.
Make sure your uni competes in Formula SAE. You'll want to join the team ASAP.
