Is it possible to create a magnetic field like the one in pic-2?

This cannot be done.
 
Looks like half of a monopole.

Exceedingly impossible.

Locally, yes, but it does loop around to the other end of the solenoid.

That is, If you look very close to one of the ends of the drawing in fig 1, it looks like fig 2.
 
The one way field shown violates Gauss' law for magnetism, i.e. it has non-zero divergence. Solenoids do not violate Gauss' law for magnetism, i.e. they have zero divergence everywhere.
