would a 1.5 volt electronic device that measures capacitance to turn on or off a regulator that controls water flow affect a defibrillator or pacemaker?
Another way to ask this,
A kitchen faucet that is touch sensitive would be safe or not safe for a heart patient who has defibrillator and pacemaker?
