What are the difference? What does each one specialize in? I've tried looking on google but I can't really find anything that explains exactly what they do.

A theoretical physicist deals with theories of physics. An astrophysicists deals with the physics of astronomy. They can specialize in any number of different sub-topics within those two fields.

Theoretical Physics rationalizes physics through mathematical problems and abstractions to explain natural phenomea. Astrophysics deals with physics of the universe. Hope that helps.
