Does physics forums pay tribute to every dead user?

I encounter this thread, whole site is paying tributes to dead user. So physics forums pay tribute to every dead user?

No, there are too many members and when they stop posting it's rare to know why. That thread was started by his wife to let us know he was gone.

Also note that Ray was very active in the homework help forums. I haven't looked, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were some comments about his absence before his wife posted.
