Does temperature affect pH, and does it depend on the acid type?

Does temperature have an effect on the ph level? Does it depend on the type of acid?

I'm just using water as an example.

Yes. First, even in pure water water ion product is a function of temperature (see table here: http://www.chembuddy.com/?left=pH-calculation&right=water-ion-product). Second, dissociation constants for all acids are function of temperature - in most cases they grow with the temp, so the dissociation equilibrium shifts.
