Greetings from a 70 year old generalist

Many folk like to use the phrase "talking truth to power", but those of us who do have colorful work histories. My life has been in technical fields, both in the Air Force and industry. Now retired, I earned a Master of Science in Energy and the Environment, was a Senior Engineer for a large power company, having done engineering in plastics, integrated circuits, primary metals, and research.

Well, you could check out the EE forum https://www.physicsforums.com/forums/electrical-engineering.102/. We get questions from simple to complex. Great for keeping the mind going IMO. :)

Edit: Here's one I really like by the way a circuit's function is explained. Can somebody please explain and walk me though this motor drive circuit?
