I have been an avid amateur cosmologist for 40-some-odd years. I was hooked reading "The Collapsing Universe" by Isaac Asimov. I've been diddling about with it ever since. I learned relativity by reading "Discovering Relativity for Yourself" by Sam Lilley. And I've been playing with it ever since.
