How do I notate this:

$$\Lambda_{1}+\Lambda_{2}+\Lambda_{3}+\ldots+\Lambda_{n}=1$$

using sigma notation?

Sigma (k=1,n) lambda_k = 1

I had a guess which was exactly the same as yours except with an "i" instead of a "k".
It's not important but... Was I right?

Also; does anyone know how to imput this into a TI-nspire CAS calculator (I can't get the subscript thing to work)?

It doesn't matter what letter you use. It's just a placeholder. You could put puppy there if you wanted.
