How do you make Kevlar, ceramic plate armor, or Vectran?

can anyone explain the precess on how to make kevlar, or ceramic plate armor
even vectran , the knife resistant material would be helpful.

Off the top of my head, I believe boron carbide is used in bullet proof vests. It is very hard and used for other things like diamond cutters, etc.
