How do you transfer settings from PortableApps Thunderbird to laptop?

I haven't used Thunderbird much before, but decided to install the PortableApps Thunderbird on my 8GB USB Flash Drive and found it useful. I just bought a new laptop and think it would be nice to transfer my settings from the flash drive onto the laptop. If I say "Import" for the Thunderbird on my laptop, Thunderbird only gives me the options of importing from Eudora, Outlook, or Outlook Express. Do you just go to Windows Explorer and copy/paste certain files?
