How to find optimum temperature and pressure for CO oxidation and NO decomposition

2CO (g) + O2 (g) → 2CO2 (g)

2NO (g) → N2(g) + O2 (g)

what do i have to do, so i have to say the best temperature is at 25 celsius and at 1 atm, how do i figure this out is their a way, or i have to look it up on the internet
