Hi, Im could increase the power of the laser 10 fold, if you compressed 10 times more neon into the laser?

A more powerful Helium-Neon laser would need more HeNe mix, but not more compressed.
The gas mix needs to be around 10:1 and at a pressure within a broad range roughly centered around 2 Torr.

One "Hulusi Birol Bilgili" experimented with different pressures and mix ratios in 2005.
The information you need is on page 36 of his report (in pdf form).
