I deleting the virus Command Service

I ran spy bot and it said i had this virus. I tried to fix it but it said it was un able to and that i needed restart my computer. i did that and it still is there. I am getting a lot of pop ups to. please help!

Spybot: Search and destroy is not an anti-virus. It detects and fixes changes to registries or files that may have been caused by malware.

I suggest using AdAware instead, it works quite well for me.

After doing a clean with adaware most if not all of your problems will be one.
