How did you find PF?
I found PF through a Google Search using the query "Computer Science Forums."
Hello,

I'm Logan Monday, and today was the first time I've ever visited this forum website before. It seems like a great platform, and a very knowledgeable community, so I couldn't help, but join in with it myself. I love science in general, but I'm very passionate about Computer Science specifically, and I can't wait to learn from others more about the field using this community, and I can't wait to participate in it myself. Other than Computer Science, I'm also interested in Neuroscience as well. I look forward to interacting, and hearing from some other community members, and I am very excited to be a new member of this forum. Hopefully my contributions will be useful, and productive to you all as yours are to me.

Thanks for letting me join you all,
Logan

Well you certainly have picked some growing areas to study! Have you read much yet about Neural Networks and Machine Learning? There is a lot going on in all of those fields!

Welcome (I am also new here)

Hello everyone, I was advised to join this community while seeking guidance on how to navigate the academic world as an independent researcher. My name is Omar, and I'm based in Groningen The Netherlands. My formal physics education ended after high school, but I have dedicated the last several years to developing a theoretical framework from first principles. My work focuses on a topological field theory (which I call Swirl-String Theory) that models particles as knotted vortex...
