I'm just rather gay, but very cute. And I don't have a goatie. So, goaties are bad, mmkay?

Not for a while. I've just come down with a cold and I'm sure you don't want to see me that way.
Ok, No problem unless you'll tell us "Now I'm fine but I've grown my beard again".
Anyway hope you get well soon! Although I think you're around here because of that.

Cold sufferers, I give you the new chicken soup:
http://www.homegrocer.com/images/products/nyquil%20orig%20liquid.gif

Eat something spicy that makes your nose run, take a hot shower, drink some NyQuil, and rest. If you can find someone to give you a scalp massage or read you a book, that's great too.

Oh, yeah, goatees. My 2 cents: If you're a good person, your friends should also be good people, and they'll just want you to be happy. So if you think you're a good person (and I think most of the guys around here are), just do whatever makes you happy.

Grow a transparent one - you get the best of both worlds.

Or is that the worst of both? Eh, it would be a neat trick either way.

remember that for the full goat effect, you have to pee on it.
Don't be coy, dear. You know that that is not all that they do to it.

No, he means cloning. He's seen 'The Boys from Brazil' once too often.

Smurf, old bean, grow it if you want. Just remember to only buy dresses that compliment it.

Damned busted 'edit' button! I meant 'compement'.

  • #61
And of course that time I meant 'complement'.

  • #62
And now I'm just going to stockpile a few for later use.

What??
There is nothing wrong in being an old bean:

I think I'll keep it short and well trimmed... and blond. Definitely blond. Dark goatees just don't cut it these days.

I'm afraid that I have no idea what that picture is. Anyhow, 'old bean' is just an English familiar form of address, like 'buddy' or 'dude'.
Smurf, just be aware that unless it's quite thick, blond facial hair doesn't always show up very well.
And for those non-Smurfs and/or non-Canuks out there, blonde is used in reference to females. Smurf, while sometimes of ambiguous sex, deserves the proper blond.

He is the real Mr. Bean; Mr Sean Bean, in fact. He played Boromir in "The Lord of the RIngs".

Thanks, Arildno. I figured from the look that it was something like that or a medieval flick. I've only seen the Rings once (well, all 3 once each) and this guy just didn't look familiar.

I had a goatee but it just looks to damn strange any more...

I have brown hair but I am going grey at an early age so I have a lot of silver in there and yet my beard is strawberry blond...very interesting combination of colors.

So now, I just shave every morning.

Haha, that's exactly what I did (minus the Nyquil). I probably shouldn't be resting so much, though, got lots of work to do.

I could ask my roommate, but I don't think he'd be too keen on the idea.

See, if you would have taken the NyQuil, you would be resting and not having such silly concerns.

Try getting him drunk.

Sounds like Gunther logic.

Try getting him drunk.

Tried that once. Talk about your monumental failures.

Yeah, I've had a lot of practice with that recently. BTW, I'm still waiting for the next chapter...

 How can you fail to get someone drunk? Does he not drink alcohol? Tell him it's just spoiled apple juice or paint thinner.

Er, actually, what is paint thinner? Isn't it alcohol? Maybe I'm drunk too. See how easy it is!

I had a cold earlier today. My immune system is so good I kicked it in under two hours.

Practice makes perfect. I'm afraid I'm a bit out of practice, so that next chapter might be a bit off.

That's right. I'm not much of a drinker either, though I've had my weak moments.

When you said under the chin and not long it reminded me of... this guy!:

Scott Ian, from Anthrax. He always has a long, dyed goatee.

Actually, I stopped drinking when I turned 21. Maybe I'm getting a sympathy cold. I wonder what the treatment is for that...
