SUMMARY

Meshing in Ansys Beam Creation using Nodes is feasible, contrary to initial assumptions. Users can create stepped beams with varying cross-sectional areas by leveraging specific meshing techniques. The discussion highlights the importance of understanding the capabilities of Ansys when working with Nodes for complex geometries. Reference to post 3667600 suggests additional insights into effective meshing strategies.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of Ansys Beam Creation tools
  • Familiarity with Nodes and their application in modeling

Hello guys,
I've created beam3 using Nodes. How can I do Meshing? Or for Nodes it is not possible?
I can not create the beam by keypoints, cause I need to do stepped beam with different cross-sectional area.
Thank you.
