The SATA-II Toshiba HDWD110 Internal HDD is likely compatible with both the Foxconn H61 MX motherboard and the HP Compaq Elite 8200 SFF PC, as both systems support SATA connections. Compatibility with operating systems is generally determined by the file systems used, with Windows supporting NTFS, FAT32, and exFAT, while Linux and macOS have their own respective file systems. Although a ten-year-old HDD can function with a ten-year-old motherboard, there is no guarantee of performance, especially if the drive has been inactive for an extended period. Users are encouraged to test the drive to confirm compatibility and functionality, as theoretical compatibility may not always translate to practical use.

I am asking if a SATA -II TOSHIBA HDWD110 Internal HDD Storage Device software is compatible with a FOXCONN H61 MX Motherboard with Celeron 6 1610 2.6 GHz Processor PC ? or if a SATA -II TOSHIBA HDWD110 Internal HDD Storage Device software is compatible with a HP COMPAQ ELITE 8200 SFF PC Motherboard with intel core i5 2400 Processor PC ?

What have you discovered about the HDD storage device?

I would suspect the manufacturer's website would describe its capabilities and supported OS platforms that they have written device drivers for.

It seems there is filesystem support for:

Windows: Typically NTFS, FAT32, or exFAT.
Linux: ext4, ext3, XFS, Btrfs, etc.
macOS: APFS, HFS+.

Will a ten year old drive work in a ten year old motherboard? Probably. Will someone guarantee that it will? Probably not.

To add: if your drive hasn't been in use for years, it might not work when plugged in, even if "compatible". These do not last forever.

The theory is 'yes'.
Now, you should start experimenting.

A new phenomenon is AI-generated news videos pretending to be by well-known professors Jeffery Sachs and John Mearsheimer. The amazing thing is that they both seem very tolerant of this. Youtube will block these if they request it but this has been going on for months and such blocks never seem to happen. The other surprise is that while they may be visually ugly or even grotesque the news analysis is quite good. If given the sound alone I don't believe I could tell it from the real...
