Can someone teach me how to read this stopwatch. Help me fast please.

You really couldn't figure this out yourself?

The small dial tells you the number of minutes. Then, if the small hand is not in a red section, you add the number of seconds by reading the black numbers, otherwise the red numbers, for the big hand. The lines then indicate the tens of seconds.
