Acer AL1706 Monitor Problem: Troubleshooting Tips

I bought a monitor 2 years ago. (Acer AL1706)
I faced a problem since two month ago till now.
Every time when I on my monitor, the monitor's switch is keep blinking. In addition, the screen did not display anything. May I know the reason?

Are you sure the computer is working properly? Could you try this monitor on another computer?
