Old probability book by an author named Fella?

I think there is a (good but old) book on Probability by someone with Fella in their name although I could have wrongly spelled it. Anyone else know this book? Is this how I spell it?

Is it good for introducing people to probability like me? (I'm in the eight grade, and learning about committee forming and such like putting n indistinguishable balls in x indistinguishable boxes and such)...
