What's the order parameter in quasi crystals? Only the broken rotational symmetry?

No, the ones with five or 10 fold symmetry, the last Nobel prize was given for.
 
well, even ordinary crystals break rotational symmetry. what quasicrystals break is the strict periodic lattice.

I just saw the chemistry nobel prize press release. thanks for the info.
