Bug Outdent button disabled for no reason; shortcut still works

I am currently writing a new thread, and found that the outdent button is disabled for no reason:

However, if I use the shortcut (Ctrl + [), it works fine.

This is happening in all forums as far as I can see.

Interesting. I didn't even know it was there but I see it the same way you do.

I want to thank those members who interacted with me a couple of years ago in two Optics Forum threads. They were @Drakkith, @hutchphd, @Gleb1964, and @KAHR-Alpha.
