AI Thread Summary
Pool involves significant physics principles, which can enhance gameplay understanding. Players often intuitively grasp these concepts, but many prefer to focus on enjoyment rather than the technical aspects. Snooker shares similar physics elements, though some players may struggle with it, leading to a more casual approach to the game. The emphasis is on having fun rather than achieving victory, highlighting the social and recreational aspects of playing pool. The mention of "90 degrees" suggests an awareness of angles, which are crucial in both pool and snooker for successful shots.

Anyone here play pool? There is a great deal of physics in pool. I myself being a person who studies physics picked up the game pretty intuitively.

yea i love the game, i tend not to think about the physics behind it though, just try and go with the flow.

I have tried to play snooker in the past which has similar physics elements in it. I was terrible though. The balls kept flying off the table, and I'd miss the ball frequently. I didn't care though. I just played for a bit of fun, not to win or anything.

remember... 90degrees..
