Certainly! There is no reason for other crackpots to not steal it and submit it themselves, if you are foolish enough to do such a thing.

But the more puzzling question here is, why do you have to even resort to posting it on an open, public forum to get feedback? You are not the first one to ask, or want to do this in this forum, and each time this has not turn out well.
