Hi, I'm Alex.
I'm 19 and starting university this winter as a physics undergrad. I haven't decided which school to go, but before my semester starts, I was hoping to do some preping. If you have any tips for a pre-freshman, don't hesitate to give advices.

Thanks!

Hello and :welcome: !

I hope you will have fun and stay curious.

We have an Academic Guidance forum and Homework forums of all kind. If you will have specific questions on exercises, please use the homework forums and - which is important to us - show us your work and how far you got.

Hi and thanks for the welcome! I have just a question. Is there also a forum, where I can ask career advices?

Yep, two. One is for Career Guidance and one for Academic Guidance which is probably the one you're looking for. Career Guidance before a study has even started is quite limited.

Will check those out. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I'm just a physics enthusiast. I took some first-year courses a long time ago, but I wasn't able to continue, so I don't have a degree. Still, I'm really passionate about the subject and try to keep up with it as much as I can. I mostly study in my (limited) free time, going through books I didn’t get the chance to read when I was younger. Thanks for your attention!
