There are 10 students--girls and boys--in a line.
What is probability of p-th student is girl.

There is no way to answer that without further information. If there are five boys and five girls, the probability that anyone student, in any position in line, is a girl is 1/2, of course. But if the 10 students consist of seven boys and three girls,it is 3/10. The position doesn't matter. If x of the 10 students are girls, then the probability that any specific place in line is filled by a girl is x/10.
