Prop shaft failure from high torque: causes and solutions

just want check if i got this right. is there anything i can improve or add on this example i have?

Cause and why.
A cause could be bending or twisting of the prop shaft due to high torque. High torque causes high angle of twist and torsion. The high torque cause high shear stress distrubution over the prop shaft, inducing bending and twisting in the shaft interrupting the power transmission.

Solution to solve the issue.
Replace shaft.
Turning bolts and nuts to proper torque level to ensure none high levels of torque is being generated.

How to prevent issue occurring again
Manufuacture the prop shaft with high durable material.
Replace the solid shaft with hollow shaft reduce torque generated.
hardened shaft with coating to provide higher stress and torque resistance

Unless a bad design or installation, bending shouldn't be present in a prop shaft. Twisting doesn't interrupt power transmission; too much twisting leads simply to failure.

I'm not sure what you mean here by "torque generated", but a solid shaft is rarely advantageous over a hollow shaft (higher weight & inertia for equivalent torque resistance)

I don't think a coating will increase torque resistance. It's pretty much only for wear and corrosion resistance.
