Should I choose Aeronautical or Astronautical engineering?

I am wanting a degree in aerospace engineering. I do not know which I should choose, aeronautical, or astronautical. I would love to work as an astronautical engineer, but which one of the two is better? I am also not planning to live in the United States of America.

Most programs these days are aerospace engineering, which cover both atmospheric and space flight.
