How to use HEX card in MCNP input, i couldn't figure out its definition?

thanks so much, it was helping, now I'm trying to write the input file and I counter something with the fill card, I tried to write it as matrix but I got confused should it be better to write it as rows ?
 
I can't say for sure try searching for some examples to see what others have done.
